I just moved in this week and worked with Eber the entire process. She was quick to reply to my your request, easily answered all my questions during the tour and made the application/ move in process seamless. She went above and beyond multiple times as I moved from out of state, she monitored my packages and put them into my unit prior to my arrival. The complex is nice, well maintained, and has good amenities. Overall it’s a great location but the customer service I received is the real reason I decided to move here over the other locations I looked at.

I lived here for about a year and a half! I drove by and saw the 6 weeks free offer and was intrigued. I just moved out yesterday so I figured it was time to leave a review. The property is very well taken care of, there are so many cute dogs and nice people, I’m gonna miss having the gym right downstairs, anytime I had any issue, Victor the maintenance manager would be there within a super reasonable amount of time and was always so kind to me and my dog! One of my big complaints was that kids would come over from airborne and kind of mess with the property or play around in the gym, which didn’t seem super safe. As soon as I brought it to their attention, they made it so residents who live there with a key fob could get in, which I really appreciated. They did a lot of fun things like bringing food trucks on Mondays in the summer and having resident socials and parties. I also loved having the underground garage because my car was always safe.

Parker from maintenance just stopped what he was working on to help me carry something out to my car - he didn't have to do that, I doubt it's in his job description and he seemed legitimately busy, but he did anyway, and I'm super grateful. All the maintenance crew in general here have always been really kind and looked out for me and helped me with stupid stuff they shouldn't have to do, but they do. They're good humans. It means a lot to me having them around, they're probably tied with the gym for my favorite reasons to live here in particular. Thanks for your help today, Parker

I loved living here at the Canyon Vista Apartments, I had a referral and requested a walk through and within a few days had a move in date. I loved amenities, pricing was competitive, (inflation sucks) but for what I got to utilize and how kind and attentive the staff are, made it a 5 star experience. Kaili in the leasing office was so kind, Bob the on site maintance man was always so nice and on top of everything if I needed anything. Plus they always said hi to my ESA and my son and I which is neat being recognized by name anywhere, just more homey feeling. Def recommend if you are staying in Draper area. Close right off freeway and close to shops, airborne, schools and a great view of the Rocky Mountains. <3

I called a number of places looking for an apartment and no one was as helpful and patient with someone who was having a hard time choosing where to live. Eber even used FaceTime to give me a tour of the apartments before I chose. I haven’t been here long, but the apartment is comfortable and I love that there’s a place to give my dog a bath and take him out. The underground parking is also very nice in the winter!

We love our home here! Kaili made our move in process easy! She is the Best! There is so much to offer! The gym is open 24 hours & has a great variety of equipment. The gym has 2 private rooms for a cross fit workout & aerobics workout. I enjoy it & use it 4-5days a week. It’s never too crowded. There is covered parking, a pet spa, pool, hot tub, grills, & trash valet. The maintenance crew: Kevin, Bob, Victor, & Parker do an amazing job! Repairs are fixed in a timely manner & walkways are kept clean & safe . I would like to thank the cleaning gal for doing a great job with keeping the elevators clean too!

Edit* After living in a 3 bed for several months and touring other apartments, I like this apartment. The hallways are well lit and clean. Everything is connected inside such as mail room, gym, garage, so it feels safe. Indoor garage parking is way cheaper than other places. Maintenance is friendly and comes on the day you request something. It is very dog friendly. Neighbors are quiet and nice. Only CONS I have is my room faces the highway and it’s super loud everywhere and that the garage doesn’t have cameras everywhere. We had an instance where door was unlocked overnight and stuff was stolen but their cameras were down at the time so nothing could be done. I can hear people upstairs moving things but not talking so it’s not that bad. Also management is always available and replies fast. kailee is very nice and knowledgeable.

They are honest and efficient. The place is new. I have lived in this complex with my husband and my two dogs since July. We love living here. There is a beautiful courtyard and gym. The gym equipment is so nice and new. The entire complex, inside and out is so clean and well maintained. The office staff is inviting and friendly, and the property manager is seriously one of the best. We've only had to submit one maintenance request but it was taken care of within a day. The other amenities are under construction currently, but we have been happy to wait for those to open. We're especially excited for the dog park and dog spa to open up here soon! Seriously one of the best places to live in the Draper area.

I have lived here for about 9 months and it has been awesome! Our first impression was amazing, the leasing manager is very personable and accommodating. The apartments are beautiful and very spacious. We have a penthouse corner unit and it is the best waking up and going to bed with the crazy good view here and massive windows. We love the 24/7 gym & can't wait for the rest of the amenities to be finished! I couldn't stress enough how nice the location is here. It takes us 10 to go literally anywhere & our time is valuable so I really love that about this place. I haven't had the best experience with leasing offices in the past but this place has seriously been the best. I highly recommend living here if you are looking for a place. We have also made a lot of friends with our neighbors! Everyone is very friendly, its very refreshing.
